Our Machines
Our FDA and SQF Level II certified plant facility manages a wide range of bottle types and produces thousands of gallons per week.
Fillers
Our custom-built 12-head fillers have the ability to run a multitude of products ranging from thin condiments like hot sauces to thick products like ketchups, BBQ sauces and chunky pasta sauces.
Labelers
Our two high-speed labeling machines are capable of delivering consistent and accurate results across a wide range of bottle shapes and sizes.
Kettles
Our four 800 gallon steam-jacked kettles have an automated Clean-In-Place (CIP) setup to eliminate the potential for cross contamination.
Likwifiers
Our 800 gallon Likwifier is built with two 40hp high speed blender agitators to mix ingredients to their proper consistency. The built in load-cell ensures formula accuracy and a more consistent product.
Cappers
Our cappers can accommodate 24mm - 82mm plastic or metal caps in both continuous thread (CT) and lug finish.
